To claim VAT relief, simply complete the Medical VAT exemption form here. You don’t need to be registered as disabled to qualify. No supporting documents are needed to make a claim.
Materials
Bag: EN13432-certified home-compostable film made from cornstarch, bio-based PLA and fossil-based PBAT. Phthalate and bisphenol-A free.
Superabsorbent (SAP): Sodium polyacrylate, with bittering agent (melon extract), antibacterial and odour neutraliser.
Future plans: We will swap to a 100% bio-based film for the bags as soon as we find one that’s affordable and effective. And within two years, we expect to use a bio-based, compostable SAP – making Luii Go fully circular.

Dispatched within 2 working days. If you decide Luii Go is not for you, that’s fine. Send it back, unused, within 28 days for a full refund, following the instructions here.
